The price includes
Accommodation for up to 10 people, wi-fi, bed linen for 6 beds (for extra beds in the attic you need to bring your own) , towels, tea towels, toiletries, water and electricity costs, waste removal, parking, house cleaning, consumed firewood and barbecue, swimming pool, outdoor shower, sauna with cooling pool and other operating costs.

Price does not include
A refundable deposit of CZK 8,000 is collected on arrival to cover any damages caused during the stay.
Payments
To make a binding reservation, we invoice a deposit of 50% of the total price for the stay.

The total price for the stay must be paid at least one day before the start of the stay.

We will send the invoice at least three days before your arrival. By paying for the accommodation, the client agrees to the accommodation conditions and will abide by them.
Cancellation policy
More than 30 days before the start of the stay
- cancellation free of charge. Full refund of the deposit.

Less than 30 days before the start of the stay
- no refund of the deposit. However, we will offer you an alternative date for your stay.
